“You”, “Your” refers to the user of the Dew by Elle Products and Sites

General Terms between Dew by Elle and the customer.

These terms govern the ongoing relationship between Dew by Elle and you, the customer. This must be read and understood before registering or purchasing a subscription from Dew by Elle.

Services and Termination

Dew by Elle is a skin and hair care brand.

Registering and purchasing the Dew by Elle service will lead to a legally binding agreement in line with the terms on this page.

Intellectual Property

All data including data related to data analysis and files provided by Dew by Elle to you on this site are reserved as Dew by Elle’s intellectual property. These should only be used while the user is subscribed to the Dew by Elle service. Reproduction, downloading or printing off the data on this site is prohibited. Merely displaying this data to you, the user, will not amount to consent to reproduce the data in any format. This includes reproduction for commercial or non-commercial use.

Use of Customer data

These terms incorporate the Dew by Elle Privacy Notice as stated on the website and the user should check this privacy notice regularly as it shall not be subject to the notice periods stipulated in these terms.

Furthermore, the legal basis for processing your data on the site is Dew by Elle’s legal obligation under this agreement to provide products to you and to contact you based on your purchases. Your data will only be used for the delivery of Dew by Elle’s service to you. When you wish to request what data Dew by Elle holds concerning you, do contact Dew by Elle with your request and that information will be provided to you within 14 days.

Please Note: Your Payments History such as invoices and receipts will be kept by Dew by Elle for at least six years to comply with our regulatory obligations.

REFUNDS

All purchases made on this site are final and may only be refunded if your are outside Dew by Elle's Delivery area (United States, United Kingdom and Europe), if Dew by Elle is unable to fulfil your order or if your received a damaged or broken product.

Security of User account and data

Dew by Elle takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of your data by ensuring data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Also, users must ensure that no one else but them has access to their email account and other credentials needed to access their Dew by Elle account, this is to ensure that the user does not compromise the security of their account.

In the event that the consumer becomes aware of fraud and security breaches (including wrongful initiation of payment or accessing the user account by someone who is not the registered user), Dew by Elle must be notified of this through the contact page, whether it is the user or someone else who is at fault. Once this has been notified to Dew by Elle, there will be an investigation and interim measures such as the suspension of a user account for 7 business days until the issue is solved may be taken. Dew by Elle aims to resolve issues within 14 days and will update the customer via email of any updates or resolutions to the incidents.

Dew by Elle reserves the right to change the prices of its products at anytime.

Abuse of Dew by Elle’s Services

Dew by Elle reserves the right to suspend a user’s account when it is deemed that the customer is abusing Dew by Elle resources.

Updates to these terms

These terms, and updates to it, bind Dew by Elle and the user.

Updates to these terms will be communicated to users at least 2 months before the change is to take place. Users will be notified of what date the changes will take place. By continuing to use Dew by Elle after these changes have taken effect, the customer is deemed to have consented to the changes.

Where changes are made to the contract due to new law or regulations and it is not possible to give the customer 2 months notice (for example, if such a law comes into force within less than 2 months of its enactment), then Dew by Elle will give the customer as much notice as is reasonably possible.
